ORDER PROCESSING

1. After the order is paid, allow 1 business day for US orders to be processed and 2 business days for other shipping countries/regions.

2. Expect an email within 24 hours of order dispatch to let you know your order is on the way.

3. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We offer international shipping to the following countries/regions. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are in business days. The choice of carrier is solely at our discretion.

North America:
United States (3-7 business days), Canada (5-12 business days)

Europe:
European Union countries, United Kingdom (7-15 business days)

Asia:
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan (5-12 business days)

Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand (5-10 business days)

2. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For US orders, shipping is free. For all other regions, a flat fee of 9.9 USD will apply.

3. Since the delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control, Siipet cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

4. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc.
